Sarah Michelle Gellar PCA 2014
This week bio is dedicated to a beautiful and talented actress that we all loved for her interpretation of Buffy –  the vampire slayer and not only.  Of course I’m talking about the beautiful Sarah Michelle Gellar/Prinze, that yesterday has been awarded for the first time at the CBS People’s Choice Award Ceremony as “Favorite Actress in a new TV series” and I am so glad she got this prize and mentioned the all crew of Buffy.

Sarah Michelle Gellar started when she was just a child, she was noticed by an agent when she was just 4 and impressed everybody at the audition for An Invasion of Privacy (watch it here), but her first recognition came when she was 18 for her role in All My Children sarah-michelle-gellar-all-my-children-abc, portraying Kendall Hart, getting the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. Series in which she came back in 2011 for a cameo but not as Kendall.

But we all know that she got the mass recognition thanks to that wonderful series that was Buffy – The Vampire Slayer (that series to me is mother of every modern series, I mean there was romance, vampires, gay couples, witches, action, murders ALL IN ONE). She was perfect in that role, and her romance with Angel was one of the first fictional love stories that ever passionate me.

Meanwhile, Sarah Michelle was also busy with cinema duties, in fact she’s a bit into horror movies, in fact she had a role in Scream 2, The Grudge and The Grudge 2.

But we also remember her as Daphne in Scooby Doo and Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed next to her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. as Fred Jones, which she met on the set of another film she acted in 1997 I Know What You Did Last Summer.

And we finally get to the last couple of years that have seen her in a The CW series, Ringer, but it was cancelled after the first season. But 2013 signed her come back on scenes for the entire world thanks to the brilliant new CBS series she is working at co-starring Robin Williams, The Crazy Ones which premier got 15 million viewers. Role for which she got the People’s Choice Award.
